Welcome to FredGames: an upcoming webgame portal offering an endless amount of quality browser games, completely free and without ad interruptions. The site will serve as a new popular hangout for casual gamers, a sanctuary for struggling indie game developers, and a distinctive platform for advertisers.
This website is not a prototype, it's a mere blueprint meant to brief developers and investors. Be my guest and take a look around. I hope this demo is enough for you to get the gist of what I'm on about. If not:
I shall collect all your data and hand-deliver it to Xi Jinping.
Traditional webgame portals work with thumbnails, users have scroll through the page and search for an image they like. That sucks, a single image can't possibly convey the essence of a whole game. I thought of a much better way of going about this: fullscreen gameplay snippets. So, a short-form video feed arraged algorithmically kinda like TikTok. Users can just sit back and relax, and watch gameplay shorts until they find something they like.
Users don't have to search for the games, the games are searching for them.

Woops, looks like you're all out of fredits. Go watch some ads.
This is the game page. Usually, browser games are played in a small frame in the middle of the screen. On FredGames however, all the games are intended to be played in fullscreen.
Fredits gradually deplete over time during the gaming session. You can't start a new game if you're below 0. The fredits have more applications, for example the 'gift' button, which is a more meaningful alternative to a 'like' button.

Besides the discovery page, there's also a search method in case users know what they want. On this page users could search for games based on tags like flight, 3d, online, guns, jetski, etc. Once again the users get a sorted video feed instead of a list of pictures. Im not actually gonna implement all that, you get the idea. Here's a list of all the demo games.
Here, users can watch an endless amount of ads. Watching ads earns users 'fredits', an in-app currency needed to access the games. This system enables users to watch a bunch of consecutive advert and thus stockpile on coins as to enjoy loads of content ad-free afterwards.
Ads, without interruptions. That is the power of the ad-coin system.
Users can't just click play and walk away. There would be a multiplier score and every now and then the ad feed would get interrupted with a test. Those who pay attention and visit the links get rewarded.

For the whales out there you can also just buy a bunch of fredits. They're on the house for now.
A page for news and announcements would be nice.
The platform itself is a bit of a game. Profiles have stats that increase by playing games. Gaming increases a profiles "epic gamer score" and on this page users can see how they stack up to everyone else, like a big leaderboard. That be kinda cool.
On this page there's a lot to do: registering new profile, logging in, profile customization, check gamer stats, publish new game, check game stats, publish new ad, check ad stats.
